Mindful awareness practices made fun through singing songs and playing games exploring the 5 senses. Kids learn tools to be more present, to focus, to have more inner awareness of what they think and feel, to be less reactive, to feel compassion, gratitude and cultivate more joy in their daily life. I.E. identifying sounds, feeling different texture of how something feels, understanding every aspect of what it takes for a grape to grow and how interconnected we all are. www.cathyhellermusic.com
